Licence terms

Placeholder. Counsel will write the binding terms. This page lists the points they must cover.

  1. Licence grant. One key gives the right to run one instance of the watcher software for Gully Chain while you hold the key.
  2. No investment. No expectation of profit from the efforts of Gully Labs; rewards, if any, pay for work done by the holder's watcher.
  3. Eligibility. Identity check, age of majority, not a US person, not in a sanctioned country or region, no VPN use to get around restrictions.
  4. Transfer lock. Not transferable until the on-chain unlock date. After that, a transfer moves the licence and clears any operator delegation.
  5. Refunds. Unfulfilled card orders are refunded through Gully Pay. Other refunds are at the discretion of Gully Labs while the key is locked and held by the buyer. The key is burned on refund.
  6. Operator duties. Run compatible software, never copy heartbeats from other operators, keep the operator key private.
  7. Changes, suspension, termination. When the sale or rewards can be paused, and what happens to keys if the network ends.
  8. Liability, governing law, disputes. To be drafted by counsel.
