What you get
A Sentry Key is a licence to run the Gully Sentry watcher for Gully Chain. It is not a share, bond, deposit or any claim on Gully Labs, its revenue or its assets.
Rewards are not promised
Gully Labs may pay rewards for verified watcher work. The amount, token and model can change or stop. A key that does not run, or runs badly, earns nothing. Rewards may have no market value.
Transfer lock
Keys cannot be transferred before the unlock date shown in the contract. The date can only move earlier, never later. You may not be able to sell a key at all, before or after the unlock.
Who may buy
Paid keys are not offered to US persons or to people in sanctioned countries and regions. Buyers pass an identity check. Testnet keys are free, have no value and do not convert into mainnet keys or rewards.
Technology
Smart contracts, Gully Chain, Arbitrum and the watcher software can have bugs or outages. Today the watcher detects and alerts; disputing a bad assertion on-chain is done by the Gully Chain validator, which is allowlisted, not by key holders.
Refunds
Card orders that cannot be fulfilled are refunded through Gully Pay. Other refunds follow the licence terms. Refunds are only possible while keys are locked and still held by the buyer.
Regulation
Rules for products like this differ by country and are changing. Gully Labs may pause the sale or change eligibility to comply with the law.
